Opulence Restaurant is without a doubt one of the most impressive restaurants in Derby - with its grand sweeping staircase with original stained glass windows and Scaglioli banisters that leads you upstairs to Opulence Restaurant where you’ll instantly understand why it has been given its name. Oak wall panelling, decorative ceilings and cornice work are complimented by designer fabrics, flock wall paper and Italian glass chandeliers to create an elegantly styled restaurant.

Our Chef’s Table is the ultimate dining experience. Let our chefs amaze you with their incredible skill and knowledge as they talk you through each course as it’s served. Learn about our innovative cooking techniques and how we create unusual dishes that just work.

For private events we have 4 smaller rooms to choose from or for larger events the stunning surrounds of Opulence Restaurant can be available for private hire.

Opulence Restaurant is proud to be the only restaurant in Derby to be listed in the current Michelin Guide and were are to say that on 1st April 2010 Opulence Restaurant in Derby was afforded the great honour of providing a 3 course lunch for HRH Her Majesty the Queen.
