This stunning Tudor-style mansion built in 1835 during the reign of William IV is
a hidden gem located in the heart of the Peak District.
Behind its magnificent facade, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, evoking all the comforts of a gracious country home - as indeed it is.
The Hull-Bailey family have lived in and managed Cressbrook Hall for nearly 40 years. Bobby Hull-Bailey, her daughter Harriet and granddaughter Emily have been lovingly restoring its grandeur so that other people can share in its beauty and majestic charm.
As Cressbrook Hall is a family run business, this means that giving customers a fantastic and friendly service is priority for us.
On selected dates, we offer Sunday Lunches in our bright and sunny Orangery using locally sourced produce. We also offer light lunches and afternoon tea’s during the summer which guests can enjoy in our Conservatory, Orangery or in the formal gardens.
