'Gingerbread is synonymous with this time of year so incorporating it into a pre-dinner cocktail works like magic.

Gingerbread Sling:

25ml Bombay Sapphire gin

25ml Cointreau

75ml Pineapple Juice

Drop Grenadine

Gingerbread syrup

Shake and serve in a tall sling glass
