New year, new office, new team...

The newly refurbished flagship branch of Hannells estate agents opened in Allestree in January. Located on Duffield Road, the branch will cover properties in Allestree, Darley Abbey, Duffield, Quarndon and the surrounding areas, including Belper, Little Eaton, Breadsall and North Derbyshire.

Branch manager Hayley Scott brings with her over 17 years of experience in the property industry. She said: ‘I have gained extensive knowledge of marketing and selling property in the Allestree and Duffield area during my career and have a true passion for property. I will be supported by a new motivated team, who are eager to provide an unprecedented service to our vendors and purchasers. We have been inundated with interest from both buyers and sellers and are already carrying out free valuations for potential vendors in the area.’

The new office will also offer the exclusive Hannells Select service, a tailor-made marketing package created for the premier property market. Rather than standard sales particulars, it offers an eight page glossy brochure with professional photography, 3D floor plans and an online videoette tour to showcase homes to their full potential.
