A look at why the award winning estate agent stands out from the crowd.
My parents started Dales & Peaks in 2006 and since I joined in 2016, I have had a keen eye on the future of the business and industry as a whole. Most recently, during the global pandemic, this eye on the future has kept us moving in what has undoubtedly been one of the strangest times for most industries.
Where most agents hit the panic button and scrambled to think of ideas to keep showing properties, we’d got it covered. In 2017, we took the decision to become one of, if not the, only high street estate agent in the country to offer fully interactive 3D tours on every home we sell.
For us it’s about presenting a home in such a way that a buyer can paint a true picture before even visiting a property. The tours paired with our stunning photography have allowed us to not only conduct virtual viewings, but in doing so, act completely responsibly throughout the Coronavirus outbreak, having already had everything set up and not putting any viewers or vendors at risk in showing homes.
Our marketing has helped our vendors “stand out from the crowd” and allowed our business to experience exciting growth over the last three years since introducing our industry leading marketing.
Since the company’s conception in 2006 our focus has been on North Derbyshire, in 2019 we took over a rival firm giving us the ability to offer our amazing marketing throughout South Derbyshire, now covering Derbyshire entirely, which we look forward to seeing grow throughout 2020 and promise to all clients, old and new, that we will continue to offer our award winning quality of service and beautiful marketing as the future of our company unfolds.

MEET THE TEAM
Tom Currey - Sales Director
Tom joined Dales & Peaks as a partner in 2016 and now heads up the company’s exciting growth plan and industry leading marketing, as well as overseeing all the residential sales valuations. Since Tom joined Dales & Peaks he has headed up the complete overhaul of the company image, reinventing Dales & Peaks as one of the most modern agents in the region, grown the sales team and been at the forefront of the growth including the acquisition of a rival firm and opening of new sites.
Sarah Currey - Managing Director
Sarah set up Dales & Peaks in 2006 with her husband John. Over the years Sarah has become well respected for her expertise in the industry and customer service. Initially starting off with a couple of properties but many of Sarah’s property development customers from her vast banking background became clients of Dales & Peaks which helped to grow the business into what is today.
John Currey - Director
John has been in the property business since 2006. He is our Energy Performance Assessor and undertakes all of our floorplans. He also oversees our maintenance department for ettings which helps keep everything running smoothly on that side.
Demi Macluskey - Lettings Manager
Demi joined Dales & Peaks in 2019 and has rapidly learnt the ins and outs of our incredibly busy lettings division, overseeing one of the region’s largest lettings portfolios and a growing team across Chesterfield and Matlock.
Amy Rees - Matlock Branch Manager
Amy joined Dales & Peaks in 2019 as we were acquiring rival firm TPS and played a key role in the development of customer service, Amy now oversees our Matlock branch which covers both sales and lettings.
Debbie Seymour - Sales Negotiator
Debbie has a keen passion for property and experience both in the industry and property development herself, so plays a key role in our sales team. Debbie has been with Dales & Peaks since 2010 and now oversees viewings and sales progressions in Matlock.
George Hadfield - Financial Director
George knows Dales & Peaks inside out, having worked in the business since school starting as an accounts apprentice, George now heads up the accounts department and plays an incredibly key role as Dales & Peaks grows.
Isla Smith - Sales Manager
Isla joined Dales & Peaks in 2018 and has played a key role in developing our residential sales division to what it is today. Since starting Isla has assisted in growing the sales team, oversees sales staff development and training as well as overseeing the entire sales operation for both our Chesterfield and Matlock branches.
Dawn Hart - Property Manager
Dawn’s day to day job is managing the tenancies and making sure our landlords receive a level of service second-to none once the tenants have moved into their properties. Dawn has been in the property industry for over 20 years and joined us in 2017 with a wealth of knowledge and experience.
Bethany Anderson - Applicant Manager
Bethany oversees tenant applications in our busy lettings department and is the first point of contact for tenants wanting to arrange viewings or reserve a rental property. Bethany has been with Dales & Peaks since 2019.
Emily Morgan - Sales Negotiator
Emily joined Dales & Peaks in 2019 during the growth of our busy sales team as a trainee negotiator, since joining Emily has played a key role in ensuring our buyers and sellers receive fantastic service throughout the process of their sale.
Yasmin Renshaw - Sales Negotiator
Yasmin joined Dales & Peaks in 2020 to become part of our growing sales team, with a background in customer service and a passion for property, Yasmin’s role is to work alongside both our buyers and sellers to ensure they receive the best level of service throughout their sale process.
Ryan Armstrong - Accounts Apprentice
Joining Dales & Peaks straight from collage, Ryan works alongside George, our Financial Director, to manage our busy accounts department.
