On the evening of Wednesday, 16th May, a giant marquee, overlooking the lake and trees of Osamaston Park, was the magical setting for a black tie dinner organised by the Duffield branch of the NSPCC. Attended by over 200 guests, the event raised 5,800. The marquee was generously donated by Sir Andrew Walker-Okeover and an excellent 3-course dinner was served by Charlie Thellusson and his team from the Red Olive Catering Company. Music was provided by the well-known saxophonist, Paul Martyn. All funds raised will go to support the NSPCC's work in Derbyshire.
